Ted Jarvis
Ted has 16 years of packaged goods and telecommunications
marketing experience with Fortune 100 organizations including
Kellogg's, Frito-Lay, Wrigley’s and Rogers Cable.
Ted has enjoyed taming Tony the Tiger, making Tostitos more
bite sized, putting Batman on a cereal box, marrying Eggos
on TV and allowing children everywhere to dream of winning
the Hubba Bubba Blow Out. During his years in brand
management, Ted grew many brands, launched new products and
managed dozens of consumer promotions, including partnership
promotions with the NHL, Toronto Raptors, Disney and the
Olympics. Ted also understands winning in the different trade
channels. At Frito-Lay, Ted was the responsible for
all convenience and gas channel marketing.
In 2000, Ted moved from packaged goods to technology marketing.
At Rogers Cable, Ted was Director of New Product Development
and Marketing for Rogers Hi-Speed Internet. Ted’s responsibilities
included the successful launch of the Rogers Yahoo! Hi-Speed
suite of products. This required a communication strategy
and launch plan for over 20 online products including email,
security products, music, photography and online storage.
Ted has also marketed technology products in the B to B
market. As Vice President of Marketing at Targetnet, Ted
launched and sold online advertising delivery and tracking
systems to the North American internet advertising market.
Ted’s busy life starts when he gets home. He enjoys
running from hockey arena to baseball diamond to soccer field
with his wife Lisa and their 4 children. |
